Emotional Skills Assessment Profile (ESAP)

The ESAP assessment is used as a guide to further develop a confluence of skills and abilities that will significantly increase success in the workplace. These include:

This assessment is a powerful tool that provides an understanding and explanation of people in your workplace, including their behavior style, preferences, strengths/ weaknesses, motivators and communication requirements.
The Disc model measures behavior in the four key areas:
- Dominance- how you deal with challenges and problems
- Influence- how you prefer to be influenced
- Steadiness- how you handle pace and change
- Compliance- how you respond to rules and regulations
Communication Style Self Assessment
