Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a partnership between an executive (or his/ her organization) and a professional coach, designed to enhance business goals, communication, strategic thinking and planning, leadership and overall performance.

Executive Coaching:

  • Looks at your organization as a system to tackle core issues—not just the symptoms of those issues—to make the organization more successful.
  • Focuses on organizational and individual strengths to achieve change with impact.
  • Is a process tied to results and measurable organizational objectives.
  • Is based on the premise that the client is naturally resourceful and innovative.

What is a “executive coach?”

An executive coach is more than a business consultant.  Credentials, the ability to administer established performance and behavioral assessments, and formal training are all part of an executive coach’s toolbox.

In addition to having 25 years of experience in the business and human development arena, Linda Seiden is a member of the International Coaching Federation and is a graduate of Coach U, one of the largest coaching schools in the world.

How does executive coaching work?
The coaching process may be achieved through a combination of individual and organizational assessments, group and individual coaching sessions on site, tele-coaching and evaluation. Training is sometimes a component of the coaching process.  Because coaching is a partnership based on each client’s needs and goals, each coaching relationship will be different.
